Spanish outfit Barcelona gave the world of football a moment to celebrate when they managed to achieve the unthinkable against a depleted PSG side at the Camp Nou in the Round of 16 of the Champions League earlier this week.
The Spanish giants had to score thrice in the last 9 minutes of the game and score thrice they did thanks to Neymar Jr who picked up two goals and an assist in that time, to get his team over the line.
It was one of the most incredible nights that will not be on viewing regularly but that will not be enough for Luis Enrique to keep his job at the Camp Nou.
The Spanish manager has already revealed that he wants to quit the club at the end of the season, as the pressure was mounting on him after Barca failed to show consistency at the start of the year.
This win has seen Enrique write his name in glory at the Camp Nou but Barcelona are not convinced that this team can get them all the way and have been vigorously planning for some additions in the summer.
With all transfer bans lifted, Barcelona are now planning to make some big money moves in the summer and might also let a couple of players leave at the end of the season.
And according to reports from Marca, the La Liga champions are now plotting a raid on English club Chelsea, who are on their way to the Premier League title.
The Blues, led by Antonio Conte, have been superb this season and are within reach of the PL title and Conte will want to keep the core at the club for the next season.
But he will have to face some stiff competitions from Barcelona who are reportedly eyeing a swoop for 3 first team players from the club.
According to the report, defenders Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso along with midfielder Nemanja Matic are now on the radar of the Spanish club for a move this summer.
The Spanish defender has been the most consistent defender for Chelsea for more than 2 years now but Barcelona are confident of getting him back to his homeland.
Alonso has just joined Chelsea and is the first choice left wing-back for Conte and Barca might find it hard to land him just a year later.
Matic, on the other hand, has been used regularly this season but his place in the squad for the next campaign is under a bit of doubt and a move to the Camp Nou could be too good for him to refuse.
Adding to this, Hector Bellerin and Joao Cancelo are two other players from PL clubs that Barca are planning to spend on this summer.
Do you think any of the aforementioned players will join the Camp Nou before the start of the next season?
