Bayern Munich’s Ribery out for three weeks due to injury

Berlin, Oct 15 (IANS) Bayern Munich’s Franck Ribery will be sidelined for two or three weeks due to muscle problems, the German football club announced on Saturday.

The French player will receive medical treatment to recover from the muscle problems, which he suffered following the Bavarian club’s training session last Wednesday, reports Efe.

Ribery will miss the games of his team in the Bundesliga and the Champions League until his recovery.

Ribery did not travel with his teammates on Saturday to Frankfurt, where Bayern will face Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
