Wolfsburg (Germany), Aug 23 (IANS) Bundesliga side Wolfsburg has said Brazilian footballer Dante is leaving to join French Ligue 1 side Nice, without mentioning any details of the transfer fee.

Dante, 32, who spent three seasons at Bayern Munich, then joined Wolfsburg last season, appearing 23 times, the German club said on Monday, reports Xinhua.

He played for Borussia Moenchengladbach before joining Bayern.

The defender made his international debut for Brazil in 2013, representing Brazil at the 2014 World Cup.

The Brazilian will be reunited with his former Borussia Moenchengladbach coach Lucien Favre at Nice.
