Chelsea Fans Blast Team Management For Ignoring Player

With Diego Costa suspended, it was very much expected that Michy Batshuayi would start against Bournemouth as he was the only available striker. However, Antonio Conte sprung a huge surprise by leaving the Belgium international on the bench and using Eden Hazard up front instead.
The 23-year old arrived at Stamford Bridge this summer for a whopping £33 million but is yet to start a match in the Premier league as Costa has been doing his work phenomenally. And although the Blues registered a comprehensive 3-0 win over the Cherries, Conte’s decision to not hand Batshuayi a start has not gone down well with the fans and they took to express their feelings. Here are some of the best reactions:
@ChelseaFC youth have no chance whatsoever if michy cant get a game when hes the only striker in the squad

Michy Batshuayi might be starting to wish he'd chosen to play some football at West Ham.

Batshuyai is Chelseas 2nd choice and still can't even start when Costa is out. Glad you're loving the Chelsea zone lad @mbatshuayi

Meanwhile, the Blues faced little problems in the absence of Diego Costa and N’Golo Kante as they blew away Eddie Howe’s men to extend their winning run to a club-record 12 games.
Pedro fired the hosts to the lead when he found the back of the net in the 24th minute with a curled effort from 18 yards supplied by Cesc Fabregas. Eden Hazard doubled Chelsea’s lead shortly after the break from the spot to score his 50th Premier League goal. The Cherries were looking more dangerous but failed to capitalise on their domination before Pedro scored his second in the injury time. The Blues have now opened a nine-point lead at the top which will be reduced to six if Liverpool win against Stoke City on Tuesday.
