Leading newspaper, Spanish AS are reporting that Manchester United are prepared to offer £40million plus David De Gea in order to force a move for Sergio Ramos.

Initially, it was believed that United are initiated the talks of a £30million plus De Gea offer, which was turned down by Real Madrid. Despite their desperation to sign De Gea, Real Madrid are willing to negotiate over Sergio Ramos, since the 30-year old is one of the biggest names in the game currently.

Sergio Ramos’ brother and agent Rene Ramos has already met with the Manchester United officials back in April sensing a future fallout between his brother and Real Madrid.

According to AS English, Ramos has been learning the English language in recent weeks angling over a possible move away from Bernabeu.

What should Mancester United fans feel about all of this?

The terms and conditions over the Ramos to United transfer are yet to be decided however, one thing still looms large over the United fans, do they believe in this outrageous transfer news or they wait and watch as Sergio Ramos bags an improved contract with Real Madrid.

Manchester United know that Ramos will not come for cheap. According to Marca, Ramos wants a net €10million-a-year salary at Real Madrid that too without taxes. So if he is leaving Real Madrid for the monetary reasons, he will demand a similar fee elsewhere too.

Unite dmust be prepared with an insane offer of £40million plus De Gea to first sign the central defender and then pay him £265,000-a-week wages, one hell of a deal I presume.
