Eriksen renews contract with Tottenham Hotspur until 2020
London, Sep 7 (IANS) English football club Tottenham Hotspur has officially announced the renewal of Danish international midfielder Christian Eriksen until June 2020.
Eriksen, 24, who came to London in August 2013 from Ajax, will continue to defend the for Tottenham over the next four years, reports Efe.
“We are delighted to announce that Christian Eriksen has signed a new contract with the Club until 2020,” Tottenham said in a statement on Tuesday.
Since his arrival in 2013, Eriksen has become a key player in the midfield for the London-based side, with which he has played 134 matches, scoring 30 goals.
