Albania followed their 1-0 away win at Portugal by drawing 1-1 at home to Denmark while Northern Ireland went on top of Group F after beating Faroe Islands 2-0 as Finland and Greece drew 1-1.

Scotland managed a 1-0 win over Georgia in Glasgow while a tense affair Bucharest between Romania and Hungary finished 1-1.
