Amidst all the drama of the Tube strike, a clash between 2 teams coming off encouraging results awaits the viewers on Wednesday.

While Fulham coming off a hard-fought 2-2 draw at Old Trafford seem to have started to finally show some mettle; a game at Craven Cottage against an in-form Liverpool side will be a test of nerve and quality. With record signing – Konstantinos Mitroglou and lon signing Clint Dempsey close to fitness, Fulham look to be set to welcome Liverpool to West London for a ravishing battle.

Probable Starting 11 : Stekelenberg ; Reither – Heitenga – Burn – Riise ;  Sidwell – Kvist – Parker – Holtby; Bent – Mitroglou.

The Reds are marching on towards an unlikely title-challenge after the 5-1 hammering of leaders Arsenal. There seems to be no stopping this free-scoring Liverpool team other than the simple fact about playing away from home. While the Reds home form has been one of the best, its their away form that has been a constant bother. With the return of Daniel Agger, Glen Johnson and Mamadou Sakho to take a while longer, Brendan Rodgers may persist with the same starting 11 for the 3rd consecutive game.

Probable Starting 11 : Mignolet ; Flannagan – Skrtel – Toure – Cissokho; Gerrard – Henderson – Couthinho; Sterling – Suarez – Sturridge.
