Manchester United fell to a grueling loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the final game at the White Hart Lane at the weekend and this loss has ended their chances of a finish in the top-4 come the end of the season.

However, they are still in with a chance to qualify for the Champions League next season, if they are able to get past Dutch giants Ajax in the final in Stockholm later this month.

The Red Devils just got past Spanish side Celta Vigo in the semi-finals of the competition and one player who they dearly missed late this campaign is Swedish international Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Still the top goal scorer for the club this season, with 28 to his name in all competitions, Zlatan has been impeccable in his first season in England.

He has already won the club a couple of silverwares, scoring winners in cup finals and has been effective in front of goal in almost every game.

He is easily their best player this season, the most productive by far, and their recent results show that they are struggling to replace him and his goal scoring prowess in the first team.

However, none of this has any effect on the 35-year old that is enjoying life in rehabilitation.

Zlatan picked up cruciate knee ligament injury in the quarterfinals against Anderlecht earlier this season, in an incident that looked horrific.

The player posted pictures of his swollen knee, to confirm that his season is indeed over days after picking up the injury and is currently on the road to a comeback.

He had to travel to the United States to undergo a surgery to his right knee and according to reports, he is healing well and could yet be back in action before the end of the calendar year.

But at the moment, he is enjoying life in Miami and was pictured chilling out by the pool and by the looks of it, he is enjoying his time.

Here are a collection of his pictures:

The 35-year old will be out of a contract with the club at the end of the season and he is yet to put pen to paper on a new one.

He will probably miss the first half of the next season and though Jose Mourinho would want to stick with him, he is not a player who can help them regularly and might have already played his last game at Old Trafford.
