Jinan (China), July 12 (IANS) Italian forward Graziano Pelle has completed his move to Chinese Super League (CSL) side Shandong Luneng.

The 30-year-old Italian international played for Dutch side Feyenoord before moving to Southampton in the English Premier League in the summer of 2014. Pelle scored 30 goals during 81 appearances for Southampton, reports Xinhua.

The CSL club announced that the Italian star completed all the formalities regarding the transfer on Monday.

Due to his stint with Southampton, Pelle earned a position in Conte’s 23-man Italy squad for the just-ended Euro 2016. Pelle sealed the wins for Italy respectively against Belgium in the group stage and Spain in the round of last 16.

Pelle’s transfer fee to Luneng has not been disclosed.
