However, it is now understood that the former Real Madrid manager is not happy with the way his club is conducting the transfer dealings this summer.
According to English news outfit Guardian, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is growing desperate for additions this summer and is now frustrated by the lack of activity in the transfer market at Old Trafford.
Mourinho has allowed Zlatan Ibrahimovic to leave and is also ready to let go of Wayne Rooney this summer. He needs an addition or two in attack while he will also have to keep an eye on his midfield necessities.
The Red Devils will travel out of the country for their pre-season tour in just a week’s time and are yet to announce their second signing for the summer.
Wants Two Deals By Sunday
And the report from Guardian claims that Jose Mourinho has now spoken to the club hierarchy and has made it clear that he wants at least a couple of signing before the turn of the week when they take off for their pre-season.
The report suggests that Mourinho wants Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic and Real Madrid’s Alvaro Morata this summer and is ready to meet the valuation of both the players.

The Serbian midfielder has already agreed on terms with United over a switch this summer and it is understood that United might be able to land him with a bid of £40m.
Morata, on the other hand, is also ready for an exit and is happy to shift to Old Trafford but Real Madrid are holding out for a fee of €80m, which United are not ready to pay.
Do you think they can complete these deals by Sunday?
