Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is keen to bring Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Emre Mor to Anfield this summer, according to reports.
World Class Talent
Emre Mor is arguably one of the top class youngsters with huge potential. The 19-year old was brought up in the Academy of Danish club Brönshöj Boldklub before moving to Lyngby BK to grow further. He was then sold to FC Nordsjaelland in 2015 and managed to immediately break into the Danish side in top flight.
He made 13 games in the Superligaen before Borussia Dortmund came to know about his talent and made a move last summer. He has managed an impressive goal and three assists last season for the German club in Bundesliga and has lived up to the expectations.
Mor has also managed to play 12 international games for Turkey so far and his versatility in playing multiple positions in the attack makes him a special talent. He has the ability to play on either wing as well as a lone centre-forward.
Jurgen Klopp is determined to add more competition to the right wing position. Sadio Mane looks the only player who can play in that position at the moment and Emre Mor would be an excellent squad player for Klopp if Liverpool can make it through for a deal.
Is the deal possible?
Despite the reports, Borussia Dortmund might not be tempted to let Mor leave just after one season at Signal Iduna Park.
The club are known to develop some of the best talents in Europe and Mor would also be keen to stay with the German club as part of his development. There are suggestions that he could be made to go out on a loan for a season as part of his development.
Mor is tipped to move on loan and the likes of Besiktas, Celta Vigo, Real Sociedad and Southampton were all interested in making a temporary move for the 19-year old. However, considering the potential of the player, Jurgen Klopp will need to force a move for Mor especially with new manager Bosz up in charge at Dortmund.
