According to reports from Spanish news outfit Marca, the Old Lady wants the Brazilian defender as a replacement for Dani Alves, who is expected to leave the club this summer.
The former Barcelona man joined Juventus last summer after he was released by the Catalan giants and he went on to make a huge impact on the first team in Turin.
He established himself as the first choice for Juventus and went on to help them win the league and to a place in the finals in the Champions League last season.
He signed a two-year deal with the Serie A side but reports recently revealed that he will be allowed to leave the club this summer, with Juventus agreeing to cut his deal short after just a year at the club.
He is already closing in on a move to Manchester City in England and needs to be replaced in the first team and Juventus are looking at the Real Madrid man as a possible addition to their squad.

Reports suggest that Juventus have already made contact with the player’s representatives for a move this summer and that they are confident of landing him.
However, the same story claims that Danilo has already been given assurances of his first team role for the next season under Zinedine Zidane and might not be tempted to leave this summer.
It must be seen if a call-up from the Italian Champions, for a place in the first team, could tempt Danilo away from the Bernabeu this summer.
