Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool wants to be pro-active this summer and is already planning to land some of the top transfer targets at the club, weeks before the actual window is open.
They have qualified for the Champions League for the first time in three years and are determined to establish themselves at the European level yet again after a long break.
This has seen them scout for some of the finest talents in world football at the moment and one player who is now inching closer to Anfield is Egyptian international Mohamed Salah.

The former Chelsea star had a season in England with the Blues, where he failed to have any kind of an impact on the first team.
He was loaned out for a couple of seasons before AS Roma got the best out of him.
Salah was one of the most productive players in Europe last campaign and is the top transfer target for Liverpool at the moment.
Though it was suggested that AS Roma would ask for more than €50m for his services, Liverpool have been adamant and are making some negotiations.
Their first bid of £28m + add-ons did not convince Roma to sell, who need to offload Salah to comply with the FFP rules.
This has given Liverpool ample time to stick with the negotiations and though it looked like a deal has stalled, it is now reported that Liverpool are not too far away from landing Salah this summer.
According to the Daily Mail, the Reds are ready to make an improved £35m bid for his services, which is expected to be enough to land him at Anfield.
Incidentally, this deal could make Salah the most expensive buy in the history of the Merseyside club.

The report goes on to suggest that the Reds have already accepted a wage package with Salah and will pay around €90,000 a week for the 24-year old’s services next season.
Salah has agreed on the deal and it is understood that Roma are happy with the new bid and are ready to sell.
An official announcement is also expected anytime soon. But do you think Salah will be a hit in his second stint in England?
