Mohun Bagan, East Bengal Officials Fined

Kolkata, Dec 10 (IANS) City football giants Mohun Bagan’s Assistant Secretary Srinjoy Bose and Finance Secretary Debasish Dutta were on Saturday fined R 1 lakh each for the team not playing in the Calcutta Football League (CFL) derby on September 7.

The disciplinary committee of the Indian Football Association (IFA) came to the decision after a meeting here.

East Bengal executive committee member Debabrata Sarkar too was fined Rs 25,000 while General Secretary Kalyan Majumder was hauled up for their comments after Mohun Bagan decided to give them a walkover.
