Real Betis introduce Algerian defender Aissa Mandi
Madrid, July 20 (IANS) La Liga club Real Betis introduced on Wednesday its new Algerian defender Aissa Mandi, who comes from French side Stade Reims, after signing a contract for five years with the Spanish football club.
The presentation of Mandi, 24, was held in the Benito Villamarin stadium in the presence of club president Angel Haro and sports director Miguel Torrecilla, reports Efe.
The player, of French origin but who plays for Algeria, expressed his joy at moving to Betis, promising that it will help him develop after playing in Ligue 1 with Stade Reims.
