Valencia eye cut-price deal for Liverpool winger

Liverpool are close to agreeing a deal with Valencia over a potential transfer for winger Luis Alberto, according to the reports.
The 23-year old is speculated to move away from the club after Jurgen Klopp have brought in as many as seven new players into the squad in the current transfer window. The Spaniard is now considered as surplus to the Reds’ requirements as they now look to cash in on him.
The Reds are valuing him at £5m but Spanish newspaper Plaza Deportiva claim the La Liga side are close to agreeing on a £2.6million deal with the Reds.
A move to Valencia would be great for Alberto as he had a considerable experience in Spanish top flight and could revive his career by moving back to his homeland.
Alberto has signed to Liverpool back in 2013 for a reported fee of £6.8m from Sevilla but has failed to make an impact at Anfield. The 23-year old has made 12 appearances in his debut season for the Reds. After failing to impress, he was sent on loan to Spain for two consecutive years as he played for Malaga and Deportivo respectively in the last two seasons.
The Spaniard is also keen on a permanent move as his future at Anfield remains bleak as the Reds boast talented wingers which could restrict his playing time and he is not interested in another loan spell.
The likes of Benfica, Sevilla, and a few championship clubs have all expressed their interest in signing the Spaniard.
