The Boxing officials at the 2014 Incheon Asian Games gifted Korea’s Jina in spite of India’s Sarita Devi seemed the clear winner. The new Boxing rules stripped her from making it to the finals and settle for a Bronze medal. It was Sarita’s bout to win but the referee raised the Korean’s hand and gave the bout in favour of her.

Eventually Laishram Sarita Devi settled for Bronze in Women’s Light (57—60kg) after all the three judges gave the last round in Park Jina of South Korea’s favour. They gave Jina 30 and Devi 27. She lost by 3-0 in semi-finals.

Sarita’s husband became furious and yelled “You f**king Koreans stole this medal. Don’t fix, motherf**kers: Sarita’s husband (also got involved in scuffle with security)”. India are ready to pay $500 deposit and appeal the decision against Sarita Devi in boxing.
