The top flight English football league has come to an end and Chelsea remain as the top side, beating the likes of Spurs to the Premier League title. While Sunderland, Hull City and Middlesbrough are relegated, Liverpool and Manchester City joined the Spurs in the Champions League next season.

Arsenal and United finished outside the top four the first the time in more than a decade while West Brom managed to finish in the top half of the table. There were a number of top class individual performances throughout the campaign but there were a few stars who failed to live up to their expectations.
