Seth Rollins will defend his Universal Championship against Braun Strowman in the main event of WWE Clash Of Champions 2019 pay-per-view on September 15th. It’s a weird situation where both of these will also feature in a tag team championship match defending their titles against Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler. There have been speculations on what could be the outcome of these two title matches.
Likely spoilers have surfaced online in recent times leaking out the results. Also, the ongoing rumor of The Fiend Bray Wyatt returning to action at Hell in a Cell seems true as per these. He will indeed be battling out for the Universal Championship against the current champion who will still be the champion for the October 6th event that takes place at the Golden1 Center in Sacramento, California.
A local advertisement for a WWE Live Event in Edmonton on September 21st is promoting Seth Rollins vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt for the Universal Championship. It does mean that the current champion will at least hold the title until Hell in a Cell, at least. So he is a sure-shot winner at Clash Of Champions main-event matchup.

The advertisement is an indication that Seth Rollins and The Fiend Bray Wyatt will move into a championship feud in the fall of 2019. There’s no update on who will be the champion on the advertised live events. But it’s almost certain that these two will meet inside Hell in a Cell. Wyatt has already dropped a hint of the same by saying, ‘see you in hell’ during the Firefly Funhouse promo segment.
On the other hand, Braun Strowman will compete in a 2 on 1 handicap match against the Club at these shows, as per the advertisement. So he will be moving away from the Universal Title picture after the upcoming Clash of Champions PPV. He likely goes into a championship feud against AJ Styles for the US title.
Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman defeated Gallows and Anderson to win the Raw tag team championships during the August 19th episode of Raw. So it would make sense if The Club to interferes in their upcoming match against Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler on this Sunday night. It will plant seeds for the feud between Strowman and the Club leading to the mentioned 2 on 1 handicap match, advertised for the shows. As for now, Roode and Zigger are favorites to become new tag champs at Clash Of Champions.
