WWE News: Carmella Shared Interesting Story On Famous ‘Dance-Break’ With R-Truth
As reported previously, Carmella came to recent news headlines due to the controversy of being a ‘home-wrecker’. Corey Graves’ wife allegedly found her guilty for ruining their marriage and earning her a bad reputation for free. Thankfully though, The Fabulous Mella has been able to speak up reveal her side of the story and prove herself to be an innocent person. You can click here to learn more.
Now, Carmella has never brought her personal life with Corey Graves in public, prior to this. Just because Total Divas will air in the next few months, these comments are coming providing promotions. It is likely the E Network reality series will focus on the controversial incident between Mella and Graves.
For now, Carmella seems much focussed on her career. She featured in an interview with Chuck Carroll of CBS Sports during WrestleMania 35 Week, last month. The interview has just surfaces where she spoke up, on a myriad of topics including the sensational dance breaks with on-screen partner R-Truth.
Carmella disclosed the original idea of Dance Break that was going to be only a one-night thing in the WWE. She and R-Truth did it for the first time on Smackdown Live’s 1000th episode back in October 2018 and it became an instant hit among the WWE Universe. Now it’s become a thing for the fans,
“We did the very first episode of Truth TV, and it just took off,” she said. “It was supposed to be a one-time thing and same thing with Truth and I. We were never supposed to be a thing, and then it just took off. And that’s why I just love WWE, because you never know what’s going to happen. It’s so unpredictable, and you never know if things are going to catch on. And now dance break is a thing.”
The former Smackdown women’s champion also spoke about the world’s largest seven-second dance break at Wrestlemania 35. It was an amazing experience amidst such a huge crowd. But she had some tough time to continue with the break that went on for thirty-seven seconds!
“The world’s largest Seven-Second Dance Break! Although I think it was 37 seconds,” she said. “It was really long. I was sitting out there like, ‘Oh my gosh. How long is this music going to keep playing? I can only dance for so long!'”
We should mention that Carmella became the second woman to win the Annual WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal on April 7th adding another feather to her hat. So she did note on the experience winning this incredible match,
“It was so cool. I feel so lucky because I do feel like I have such a great opportunity with my character. I was able to win the battle royal, and then I get to go on later in the night with Truth and do our dance break and have fun. I’m loving this point in my career, to be able to just have a good time. I feel like this is the most me that Carmella has ever been. So I just feel like I’m just going out there and having fun as myself.” (courtesy wrestlingINC.com)
