WWE To Announce Two Huge Matches On Friday Night Smackdown Conference
The huge premiere of SmackDown on FOX was just the beginning of big things coming on Friday nights from this point onwards. Reports are available that the blue brand of the WWE has now become the A-show replacing Monday Night Raw. Treatment for the FOX show will be completely different from what we used to have in the past. WWE will be going all-out to bring mainstream feel to this brand. So they might be going for a press conference to announce two huge matches from SmackDown.
As reported by wrestlingINC.com, WWE will be officially announcing Tyson Fury vs. Braun Strowman and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez on Friday. This will mark a change in the usual tradition where WWE announces matches on social media or their social media websites. Both these matches will go down at the next pay-per-view event of the WWE named Crown Jewel on October 31st. It will be the fourth global PPV show that the middle-east country will be hosting.
WWE issued a media advisory today to invite local Las Vegas media to a press conference scheduled for the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas this Friday, October 11. This is the same venue that will host Friday Night SmackDown, this week. The headliner for the scheduled show is going to be the return of WWE Draft which could change the landscape of the entire WWE roster. Superstars from WWE Raw and SmackDown will change their root brands to get traded to the opposite brand.

To give the press conference more of a mainstream feel, WWE announced some of the major superstars’ appearance. They are Brock Lesnar, Cain Velasquez, Braun Strowman, Tyson Fury, Paul Heyman, Rey Mysterio and Triple H. More of this event may become available, shortly as we expect confirmation messages from WWE. WWE may add a couple of more marquee matches for Crown Jewel on this press conference featuring the likes of The Undertaker or Goldberg.
Brock Lesnar defeated Kofi Kingston on this past Friday’s SmackDown to win the WWE Championship. Cain Velasquez emerged thereby confronting the new champ and ensue a brawl to set up a future matchup. On the other hand, Strowman and Fury have also involved in a brawl on Raw to confirm that a match is happening between these two superstars.

Why WWE Did Not Announce TLC Matches Until Last Night’s SmackDown?
