WWE Champion Bobby Lashley recently spoke about his relationship with the owner of the promotion Vince McMahon. He is one of the strongest built wrestlers in WWE right now. It is rumoured that WWE is building him as a worthy competitor for Brock Lesnar.

Bobby Lashley Talks His Relationship With Vince McMahon
Later he had a feud with Vince McMahon himself after he defeated his client Umaga as the client for Donald Trump at WrestleMania 23 during the Battle of the Billionaires feud.
In 2008, he left WWE to find success elsewhere. He became extremely successful outside of WWE. He won so many championships including four TNA World Heavyweight Championships.
In 2018 he made his return to WWE and since then he is going really strong in the promotion. Currently he is holding the WWE championship and he successfully defended title against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 37. It is remembered, as mentioned above, he is being built by the way as a potential opponent for Brock Lesnar.
Recently Bobby Lashley spoke to Fightful where he talked about his relationship with the Chairman of WWE Vince McMahon. Here is what he had to say;
“I was heavily [into MMA] but there were times when Vince would reach out to me and send a text here and there. We’ve always had that common bond and mentality of working out.
“He would come down to Denver and be like, ‘I’ll be in Denver, we have to get a workout in.’ We never really did, but it was a running joke and a possibility that we’ve talked about a few times. It wasn’t one of those things where we talked consistently, just a few text messages over the ten or eleven years I was gone,” Lashley said.”
