The two times WWE Hall of Famer and a former five times WCW World Heavyweight Champion Booker T recently said that Michael Cole is a very good announcer and fans do not realise how great he is as an announcer.

Booker T Thinks Fans Do Not Realise How Great Michael Cole Is
Soon he was promoted as a full time announcer and commentator for WWE SmackDown. His commentary works became more famous during the ruthless aggression Era when he started giving match commentary along with professional wrestling Legend Tazz.
He did have some wrestling matches to his feud with Jon Heidenreich, Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross are still remembered to this date. But in spite of having almost 25 year in WWE he gets a lot of heat from the fans because of his repetitive commentary and reactions while return and debuts of wrestlers.
The two times WWE Hall of Famer Booker T had some words in defence of Michael Cole. Recently the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion spoke on this matter on his Hall of Fame podcast where he said fans did not realise how good Michael Cole is as a commentator. He said;
“The thing is, people don’t understand. That’s what it is. People rip Michael Cole, but they really don’t understand the details of that business, what that job really entails, how hard it really, truly is, and how good Michael Cole really, truly is. You just can’t think you can talk and do that job. It doesn’t work that way. You have to be working three different jobs at one time.
“You have to have so much in your head. I’ll tell you, I don’t know anyone that does it better. People can say, ‘He’s kissing up to the company. Whatever.’ I don’t kiss up. It’s just not something that I do. Michael Cole is damn good at what he does, and I challenge anybody to step into that spot and think they can do it better. I’m just saying this as seriously as I possibly can.”
