In the main event of this weekend’s Impact Bound for Glory 2021 PPV, Josh Alexander won the Impact World Championship by defeating Christian Cage (former WWE Superstar Christian).

Alexander was able to beat Christian with the ankle lock submission maneuver to win the title. But his celebrations didn’t last long as Moose, who had won the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match earlier in the night, cashed in his title match opportunity. Moose hit a spear on Josh to leave the PPV as the new Impact World Champion.

By performing in the Bound for Glory 2021 PPV, Christian Cage has achieved a major milestone, despite the fact that his comeback from retirement didn’t receive the same kind of attention as that of his best friend, Edge. After coming out of retirement in 2021 after almost 7 years, Christian has main-evented PPVs in WWE, AEW, and Impact Wrestling promotion.
