Extreme Rules 2022 will be offering loads of action for the WWE Universe, this weekend via a packed card. After a long time, the gimmick-based event is coming with matches with stipulations attached to each of the bouts. Apart from the official card, the expectation is that a former WWE Superstar could also be returning at the show.

Fans have been waiting for the return of “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt to happen for quite some time and it’s apparently happening at Extreme Rules 2022. Last month, WWE suddenly started playing Jefferson Airplane’s “White Rabbit” song with red lights during their events during commercial breaks on random occasions.

Alongside those, WWE also started giving hints about the same through QR codes on their programming and it ultimately led to speculations about Wyatt finally returning to the company. According to the reports of Fightful Select, the White Rabbit secret is expected to take place at this Extreme Rules 2022 premium live event and it should have to do something with the former WWE Champion.

The mystery character is already a hit as the White Rabbit merchandise has been moving at a rapid pace and WWE Officials are also happy with how the fan reception has been to their QR code hints.

In more news to the situation, WWE has hired Rob Fee as the “Director of Longtime Creative”. For those who don’t know, Rob is a Horror Writer who once impressed WWE Officials by pitching a movie related to Bray Wyatt’s Fiend gimmick. The timing of this hiring obviously coincides with Wyatt’s return at Extreme Rules 2022 as we have to wait till Saturday night to see whether it happens or not.
