Within two months of the breakup, Seth Rollins jumped into another relationship. We spotted her vacationing with a new woman who turned out to be Sarah Alesandrelli. They are still in a relationship starting from December 2016.
Seth Rollins girlfriend has been very open about this relationship from last year onwards. She commented on a post after Rollins defeated Triple H at Wrestlemania. We also spotted Sarah Alesandrelli in wrestling events including Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, and the WWE’s 2018 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Sarah Alesandrelli used to work as a bartender in Texas. But she has moved into Seth Rollins house. The duo lives in Davenport, Iowa which is home to The Architect.
