It was on October 14, 2022, Maria Kanellis-Bennett made her AEW debut during Friday Night’s Rampage on the TBS Network. Her husband Mike Bennett and his tag team partner Matt Taven, collectively known as part of The Kingdom also arrived at the Tony Khan-owned promotion after a lot of speculations were there about their future in the professional wrestling circuit.
After her release from WWE in 2020 amid the random COVID-19-related budget cuts, the relationship between the company and Maria Kanellis-Bennett was under the microscope as the latter previously opened up about how she was treated badly under the previous leadership of the company led by Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis.

Responding to a fan’s question on social media, Maria Kanellis claimed that it could certainly happen but for now she’s happy with what AEW has to offer her,

Maria Kanellis had performed in several top promotions across USA
Maria Kanellis is someone who has been in the professional wrestling circuit for years now. She has only one of the very few female wrestling stars to have entered in every top promotion in the United States – WWE, ROH, IMPACT, and her current home, All Elite Wrestling. Not to mention that she is also very active on her social media profiles as well as ventures like funding the Women’s Wrestling Army.
