Revealed: Seth Rollins’ role after his return in WWE 1

As reported earlier, the main eventers of the WWE were expected to be back in June as stated by the chairman of the board Vince McMahon i.e. Bray Wyatt, randy Orton and Seth Rollins will likely return on the episode of RAW on June 6th in Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City. WWE wanted to exhibit these superstars’ star power to the maximum and that’s why they have planned for their return just one week after the huge return of John Cena which is scheduled to happen on May 30th episode of WWE Raw, the Memorial Day edition. But, apparently WWE scheduled the Architect’s return earlier than expected and that happened on the Extreme Rules PPV.

With that being said, the reports from cagesideseats.com indicate that Seth Rollins would probably pick up from where he had left off. He will don the heel persona that he used to play on-screen. With the huge speculation around his return and the crowd backing him, it was previously thought that WWE would take a route to portray him as a babyface which is totally contrary to the present one. Reports also suggested that Rollins will be inserted into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture once he returns to the action and the real scenario turns out to be just like that.

Seth Rollins tore his ACL, PCL, and meniscus in a match against Kane at a live event in November last year. He then underwent reconstructive knee surgery which suggested his in-ring absence around 9 long months. It was earlier reported that Rollins was back to the WWE performance center at Florida and coming back into the ring as Reigns’ opponent is what’s best for the fans as well as Roman Reigns whom WWE is trying to establish as the franchise. He was also rumored to be present at WWE Payback as well for discussing his return angle with the Creative and the officials.
