The LWO is one of the most famous factions in WWE today and it is one of the fewest babyface factions of the promotion. At this moment it consists five excellent wrestlers with WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio being the leader of it. It is one of the biggest attractions of Friday Night Smackdown.

The LWO was first founded back in 1998 but in spite of being a popular faction it survived for only a number of months. WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero was the founder and the leader of the faction. Rey Mysterio was also a part of the original faction who also reintroduced it earlier this year.

The LWO Effect: Former Champion’s Profound Testimony on How it Changed His Life

When Rey Mysterio was working on a feud with his son Dominik Mysterio, Legado Del Fantasma started supporting Rey and turned babyface. Later, Rey pitched the return of the Latino World Order faction and the whole Legado Del Fantasma became a part of it with Rey Mysterio being their leader.

Zelina Vega is the only female member of the faction. She became a member of the Legado Del Fantasma upon the main roster debut of it replacing Elektra Lopez. Zelina Vega mostly worked as a heel in WWE and she had been extremely successful. She won the inaugural Queen’s Crown tournament which is the women’s version of King of the Ring. She has also been a Women’s Tag Team Champion.

Zelina Vega Thanks LWO For Changing Her Life

This is the first time Zelina is working as a babyface and she is doing an amazing job. She challenged Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship recently and also participated in the women’s MITB match. Recently she explained how the LWO changed her life. Speaking with Wrestlesphere she said;

“Stepping in with LWO has changed my life, not just my wrestling career, but just my life in general. My gosh, it’s a whole new form of person for me ‘cause I never thought I’d be a good guy, ever…it’s almost like pulling this whole new side out of me. And getting to train with Rey Mysterio is probably one of the things I never thought I’d be able to do. But, what an honor.”

The Latino World Order along with Zelina Vega looks to have an amazing future lying ahead. Vega is the shortest woman in WWE but she has always been treated as a big deal. We hope she earns more success in the future, and may she win a Women’s Championship in the future too.
