The Undertaker is considered to be one of the greatest characters in WWE’s history. While he’s still one of the biggest attractions for the fans, his career has officially ended after last year’s Survivor Series. Now, many fans have mentioned his name from last night for a totally different reason. Bray Wyatt’s release from the WWE roster happened as it led many of the fans to make comparisons to Wyatt and The Deadman.
Many fans tweeted out to compare The Undertaker’s character to Bray Wyatt, so much so that Taker’s name trended on Twitter in a big way. While Vince McMahon churned out a Phenome out of Mark Calaway, he was unable to do so with Wyatt despite him being a popular superstar. The top superstar from Raw is no more with the company which means he will have to come up with a fresh start in due course.

In the meantime, some of the fans blasted WWE for underutilizing him, as you can see in the below tweets,

Perhaps my favorite Bray Wyatt moment was when they teased Undertaker appearing at Fastlane 2015 for the first time since he lost the streak to Brock at WM30

Just think,
WWE could have had their next Undertaker type character for the next 10 years if they had treated & used Bray Wyatt right.
Huge opportunity missed. pic.twitter.com/GVB8NOLZbC

When Bray Wyatt debuted the FIEND , he gave me that "THAT'S THE UNDERTAKER" when the Undertaker debuted or "THAT'S KANE! THAT'S KANE!!" When Kane debuted. He was THAT iconic when you let his brain run wild. You'll do amazing wherever you are my man @WWEBrayWyatt . Good luck!

Today reaffirms the point that if The Undertaker debuted in WWE he wouldn’t last that long.
Not because he’s not talented or creative enough. But because #WWE and it’s “creative team” just butcher and mismanage unique characters.

The Undertaker featured in his final farewell at Survivor Series 2020. He has faced them all when it comes to the who’s who of the pro-wrestling world except for the one who could probably fill up his place in the future. But there is one character he never had the chance to tangle with. This character is none but The Fiend Bray Wyatt.
The Undertaker had experienced a run with Wyatt in the past, but the same can’t be said about the Fiend. This demonic character is something totally unpredictable that we have seen before. Even Bray Wyatt himself even sent out a tease that The Deadman and The Fiend never met in the ring. This is sort of a dream match in terms of the fans which won’t happen, ever again.

The Undertaker wanted a match against Bray Wyatt
WWE The Bump on YouTube had The Undertaker as the guest on the show in late 2020 where he has immense praise for The Fiend saying the possibilities are endless for him. He also commented that he would “love to work” with The Fiend.
“This iteration now, the possibilities are endless. He’s really taken his character to the next level. It’s original and so different from what everybody else does. It’s so thought-provoking and it draws emotion from people. I would love to work a program with The Fiend.
My goodness, there’s no telling what kind of matches we would come up, just due to the strength of his career and obviously The Undertaker character, it would have been something else. It might have been a Buried Alive, Swamp Match, Alcatraz, the possibilities would be limitless with those two characters.”
