Wisdom From The Legends: Wrestling Icon Imparts Advice To LA Knight

Last Monday on RAW, Knight made a surprise appearance where he confronted the former two times WWE World champion the Miz who is widely considered one of the best talkers in the wrestling world. Knight did a fantastic job on the mic in front of The Miz and it might get counted as the beginning of his ultimate push which he actually deserves.

When LA Knight joined the main roster he was given a non wrestling role of a talent agent. He admitted that there was intimidation about his age. But once Triple H became in charge of the creative, he restored his famous character and since them he is doing fantastic. Recently, WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page talked about The Megastar when he talked to the “Insight With Chris Van Vliet” podcast;

LA Knight Appeared On RAW This Monday To Confront The Miz

“That guy, he ain’t too old for nothing,” Page told the “Insight With Chris Van Vliet” podcast. “He is at the right time at the right place, and I pray for him that [WWE] see it because he deserves it. I remember walking up to him, I wanna say it was Mania this year, and I said, ‘Dude, I just want you to know, I personally love what you’re doing and watching you from NXT coming up,’ and him working with Bronson [Reed], who’s one of my boys, he’s worked out in that gym with me 50 times. I was like, ‘I love what you’re doing.’

“I said the same thing to Sami [Zayn], that, ‘It’s your time dude. People are gonna get with you, it’s gonna get bigger and bigger,’ and it did. Both of those guys are top guys to me, but they are top of the top with that [notion] of just give them that little push and they both will deliver.”

It is highly unlikely that he would ever win any World Championship in WWE. But the fans would be equally happy even if he gets to win any mid card Championship like the Intercontinental title or the United States title. He is one of the favourites to dethrone Austin Theory to take the United States title away from him. Knight is a great talent and we hope he gets a big push soon.
