Last week’s WWE Raw was said to be one of the greatest booked episodes of the show in recent memory. After the show-makers under-delivered at the 25th anniversary of the show, a week before, the fans owed a makeup for that.

So, it was delivered on a big-time basis marking the beginning of the storylines for the Elimination Chamber PPV which is three weeks away.

Tonight, these angles will continue as we look forward to learning more names who will participate in this demonic structure both from the male and female division.

A huge qualifier match has been made official in order to hype up tonight’s show which is set to take place at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa.

The main event for tonight’s WWE Raw has been confirmed between two of the bitter rivals in the history of the flagship show. It is going to be Roman Reigns battling it out against Bray Wyatt in a singles competition.

It will be a qualifier for the Elimination Chamber matchup which means the winner is going to be the fourth participant in the upcoming PPV contest.

Roman Reigns is obviously the favorite one to win this bout and head on to compete in the six-way number one contender’s match. He is the one who will challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal title which is why there’s no way he will lose this matchup, tonight.

Matt Hardy is likely to make his presence felt in this contest. Last week, Wyatt interfered in his qualifying match causing him the spot to Elias.

So, it will be his turn to return the favor to the eater of the world. This will take the rivalry forward between these two weird characters from the show.

On the other hand, it will be interesting to see in which capacity The Miz is used next now that he is done with Roman Reigns.

If the updates from WWE.com is to go by then he is likely to get a new opponent for the title:

“This brings The A-Lister that much closer to walking under the bright lights of WrestleMania with Team Red’s workhorse championship around his waist. Now that The Big Dog has been turned back, will we see a new challenger step up to the “must-see” Intercontinental Champion? We’ll find out on Raw.”

The participants for the Women’s Elimination Chamber will also be declared on tonight’s WWE Raw. Alexa Bliss has been inserted automatically being the champion.

The rest of the five names are likely to be Sasha Banks, Nia Jax, Bayley, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose. Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan should be back on the show so that we get an update on their potential injuries.
