India vs Australia 2017, 2nd Test, 3rd Day: Plays Of The Day In Ranchi 1
Ravindra Jadeja was the talking point of the day.

It’s day two in Ranchi and like many preceding days, there were stuff to talk about. Knowingly, the three sessions were shared, Australia had their moments and India, in the end, were standing tall too. Marking performances from batters and a usual five-fer from a left-armer, the day had it all.

From an overnight score of 299 for four, Australia marched their way to put up 451 in the end. Captain Steven Smith had Indian bowlers toiling as he remained unbeaten on 187. To accompany him, in-called batsman Glenn Maxwell bagged some accolades for himself too with a valiant knock.

For India, Umesh Yadav picked three wickets but it was Ravindra Jadeja who had the last laugh. Batting wise, openers didn’t disappoint honestly, however, old-school line and length from Aussies bowlers did a bit.
