After making a thumping return to the ODIs in the tri-series final against England, the Aussie speedster, Mitchell Johnson said that the England squad, led by Eoin Morgan would be “dreaming” if they believe that pressure will not be upon them in their opening clash in the World Cup on the 14th February.

Johnson was injured and as a result of which he was out of the field for almost a month. He made his return in the final against England and bagged three wickets to seal the series for Australia. As a matter of fact, Australia won the match by a margin of 112 runs against England.

He also said that every team is under a good amount of pressure and as it is a World Cup, he thinks that England might be dreaming if they think that they are not under some pressure.

He also expressed his viewpoint about the World Cup. He said that it is a kind of knockout situation and one has to win pretty much every game and that is the way he sees it. He also said that Australia will try to win all the games they play in. He also said that there would be a bit more pressure upon them as they are the home side but at the same time, he admitted that they are prepared for it.

Also, Johnson is not focusing against any particular opposition. He said that his job is to provide his best against every opposition in the World Cup.

He also added that it is a great feeling to win match  for his team irrespective of the opposition.

He also mentioned about his assigned job in the World Cup. He said it in a simple manner. He said that his job is to bowl fast and be aggressive and to take wickets in regular intervals.

He also added that some practise was needed prior to the World Cup and he also said the more he plays, the better he feels.

He also admitted of the fact that he can be as deadly in ODI cricket as he used to be in Test Cricket and that is something brilliant.

He also said that one has to adapt. Sometimes, it is not going to work as much and he has to go to plan B or keep on trying.
