Backstage Dean Ambrose was seen talking over the phone with Kurt Angle. He said that he had a great announcement to make after talking to the new GM of Monday Night RAW.
Dean Ambrose entered the arena. He informed the fans that Kurt Angle could not be present on that night and Kurt named him as the acting general manager of Monday Night Raw. Miz and Maryse then interrupted him.
Miz condemned the decision of Kurt for making Dean Ambrose as acting general manager. He informed that he got a phone call from Stephanie McMahon and she hired him as the co-acting general manager. Braun Strowman interrupted them both. Braun had a hand tied because of an injury. He wanted Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules. And once he was done with him, he wanted Brock Lesnar.
Kalisto interrupted now. He reminded that he defeated Braun in the dumpster match two weeks ago and Braun could not take it sportingly. He almost ended his career. So he wanted to fight Braun on that night. Dean made the match official between the two. After Strowman left Ambrose made another match; that was Miz vs. Finn Balor.
Match 1 – The Miz vs. Finn Balor
The match was booked for some ten minutes. It was a fun match to watch. During the match, Miz pushed Balor towards the referee and claimed to be the winner of the contest. Dean came out and restarted the match. Finn quickly defeated Miz this time with the Coup De Grace.

Match 2 – WWE Raw Women’s champion Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James
Nia Jax remained on the side of Alexa Bliss and Bayley decided to join Mickie’s side. The match was going well but it ended in a weird way. Mickie went above the turnbuckle, Nia caused her a distraction, Alexa just punched her in the face and pinned her. After the match, Alexa attacked Mickie, as she straddled her and unloaded the punches. Bayley chased her, as Alexa escaped and Bayley went after her. Nia beat Mickie down post that.
Winner – Alexa Bliss
Backstage Samoa Joe was getting interviewed, as Seth Rollins attacked him. They started fighting backstage, as the referees came out to separate them.
Match 3 – Braun Strowman vs. Kalisto

Braun first declined to participate in the match, as he claimed to be injured. Then he suddenly attacked Kalisto and started beating him down. Roman Reigns’ music hit and Roman came out to the arena. They started fighting, Roman targeted the injured arm of Braun. Roman kept beating Braun, as Braun somehow escaped the beating by the leaving the arena.
Match 4 – Tag Team Turmoil Match to determine the No 1 contender for the Raw Tag Team championships
Match I – Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Cesaro and Sheamus
Winners – Cesaro and Sheamus (Cesaro made Enzo Amore submit with the Sharpshooter)
Match II – Cesaro and Sheamus vs. Heath Slater and Rhyno
Winners – Sheamus and Cesaro (Sheamus pinned Heath Slater with the Brogue Kick)
Match III – Cesaro and Sheamus vs. Gallows and Anderson
Winners – Sheamus and Cesaro (Sheamus pinned Luke Gallows with the Brogue Kick)
Match IV – Cesaro and Sheamus vs. Golden Truth
Winners – Cesaro and Sheamus (Cesaro pinned R-Truth with the Roll Up pin)
Winners of the Turmoil match – Cesaro and Sheamus
Match 5 – Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe
The match was booked for over twelve minutes and it was a really physical match. It was very enjoyable throughout the time and Samoa Joe hit Seth Rollins on the exposed turnbuckle, as the referee disqualified Joe.
Winner – Seth Rollins by DQ
Match 6 – TJP vs. Jack Gallagher
Cruiserweight action time, as TJP took on Jack Gallagher. The match was short but entertaining. TJP pinned Gallagher with a roll up pin. After the match, TJP attacked Gallagher, as Austin Aries came out for the save.
Winner – TJP
Match 7 – Alicia Fox vs. Sasha Banks
The second women’s match and arguably the better one of the two. The match was entertaining and both women performed well. Fox’s performance was really mentionable in this match. Sasha Banks picked up the win in this match,

Main Event – Bray Wyatt vs. WWE Intercontinental champion Dean Ambrose
They booked the match for over twelve minutes and it was an entertaining match. Miz joined the ringside and during the match Ambrose attacked Miz from behind with the IC title which the referee did not notice. Bray then took Dean back into the ring and pinned him with the Sister Abigail. After the match, Miz attacked Dean again and beat him down.
