Antonio Conte’s Chelsea have won the Premier League title in the Italian masterminds first season in England but they are not done yet.
They still have a shot at the FA Cup when they take on Arsenal in the finals at Wembley this weekend and even as the Blues prepare for the that clash, Antonio Conte is making plans for the next season.
The Blues have a decent squad at their disposal but they need a lot of additions to their lineup if they are to compete on all four fronts next season.

The French midfielder has been in terrific form this season in League 1 and has turned into one of the best players in his position in Europe.
At just 22, he played more than 50 games all season for Monaco and helped them to their first league title in seven years, to add to a place in the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League this season.
His performances have not gone unnoticed and almost every big club in England is after his services in the transfer window this summer.
Liverpool and Manchester United are desperate to add to their midfield and are looking at Bakayoko but according to reports today, Chelsea are the front-runner for his signature.
According to English news outfit Express, Chelsea are ready to open talks with the 22-year old midfielder over a switch to the Stamford Bridge this summer.
This story suggests that Manchester United are keen on Chelsea’s Nemanja Matic with Jose Mourinho desperate for the Serbian and it is revealed that Chelsea are eyeing Bakayoko as his replacement in the squad next season.

The Champions of England are ready to pay £40m but the Telegraph has recently revealed that AS Monaco are holding out on a free of £50m and will only let him go if the value is met in the transfer window.
The story also suggests that AS Monaco could be keen on a loan or a permanent deal for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi, who has failed to make an impact in his first season at the Bridge.
Conte, who is planning other attacking additions, might be ready to offload the Belgian to get the midfield beast to Chelsea this summer.
But do you think Bakayoko will move to Chelsea?
