2017 ICC Champions Trophy: Sri Lanka Vs South Africa – Five Talking Points 1

With the convincing 96 runs win over Sri Lanka, the World No. 1 ranked team South Africa has claimed its ninth win out of their last 10 One-day Internationals against the Lions which further shows how dominant the Proteas have been against Lankans, who struggled after a rollicking start on Saturday in their opening fixture of the eight edition of ICC Champions Trophy.

Sri Lanka was bundled out for 203 in 41.3 overs which further saw Kusal Perera remained unbeaten on 44 off 66 balls.

However, the hero against England at Lord’s and ranked No. 1 bowler Kagiso Rabada claimed a wicket of Lasith Malinga after conceding 46 runs, as he dropped as many as two catches on his own bowling.
