Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal, who missed the World Cup due to issues over his illegal action, and is undergoing remedial transformation regarding the same, has insinuated all the other participating nations to be wary of the resurgent Pakistani team,  that upset South Africa to a massive victory in Auckland on Saturday.

It was also a huge morale booster for the Pakistan team, that surprised the world cup favorites, after consecutive humiliations against India and West Indies respectively.

Ajmal, who was the Pakistan’s bowling spearhead, and ingenious spinner, was indicted by the ICC over illegal action. He expressed strong self belief in the boys and also mentioned determination to be the main cause for this late Pakistan team upsurge.

He has also defended the current captain Misbah Ul Haq, eulogizing him as a pillar of strength and support after the spot fixing scandal, which was a blot on the character of the entire Pakistan cricket team and also added that people always tend to misunderstand him.

Almal had blamed it on the situation and the despondent state of Pakistan batting as the reason for Misbah to adapt the much under criticism batting style, and has applauded his consistency..

He also advised the PCB to start grooming younger players for team captain considering Misbah would probably retire from international cricket after the world cup.He might continue to feature in the test team.

He also acknowledged batsman Azhar Ali as a prodigious talent and envisaged the potential in him of not only becoming a great batsman but a responsible captain as well
