Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho can field an immensely talent physical team next season if he can manage to sign Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan before the transfer window closes.

West Brom players are known for their physical game in the Premier League as the Potters have most of their players above 6ft tall. But Manchester United could give their rivals much more competition next season after acquiring both Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof so far this summer.

The Red Devils were not shy of splashing money once again as they spent over 105m pounds to sign the duo and are tipped to spend furthermore as Jose Mourinho is expected to bring more reinforcements to the squad.

If Jose Mourinho signs Tiemoue Bakayoko and/or Ivan Perisic then Manchester United’s squad will have quite a physical team, an important attribute in Premier League, going into the new season.

Primarily, the Croatian winger is known for his athleticism in the wide areas and could be an ideal player for Manchester United next season. If Jose decides to field a team with players above 6ft tall, then this is how the lineup will look.

David de Gea takes up the role between the sticks. The defence comprises of the likes of Matteo Darmian, Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof and Marcos Rojo. The midfield trio will be filled in by the likes of Marouane Fellaini, Paul Pogba and Ander Herrera. The Red Devils front-line will have Ivan Persic on the right side, Romelu Lukaku as the lone striker and Anthony Martial on the left wing.

The lineup looks classy despite having Fellaini in the starting lineup who could be replaced by Bakayoko if Jose manages to sign the Monaco midfielder as well. However, considering the depth in their squad and tactical adjustments made by Mourinho, the side looks fierce going into new season.

Considering Premier League is one of the most physical leagues in Europe, Manchester United can use their options to play according to the weaknesses of their opponents and bring in the title back to Old Trafford next May.
