Wayne Rooney was on the front page of every newspaper in England for the leaked video which showed the Manchester United skipper knocked out cold in his own home’s kitchen by former teammate Phil Bardsley.

Amid all the press antics, Rooney and Co. welcomed Tottenham Hotspur for the crucial top 4 clash. It was a must-win game for both the sides. Throughout his career Rooney has thrived on situations like these and he stepped up his game once again by scoring the third goal in United’s emphatic 3-0 win against Spurs.
