Left arm spinners Ravindra Jadeja, the numero uno in the Test bowling charts, has continued to have an impact on Team India’s victory processes. After a highly successful home season in India, Jaddu has continued to weave his magic in the ongoing series against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka.

In the opening Test at Galle, he picked 3/67 and 3/71 to play a key role in helping India pocked a four day win. Jadeja yet again looked at his wicket taking best and enjoyed every moment exploiting the turning tracks.

The 2^nd Test at Colombo which is currently underway, Jadeja has already got off to a great start, hammering a quick half century and celebrating it with his trademark “Royal Navghan” style.

The left arm spinner was busy preparing for Day 2 after finishing wicket less in his short spell. Day 2 would be a deciding one for India and Jadeja will obviously be one of the bowlers in the spotlight as the pitch has begun to deteriorate.

He looked completely focussed on preparing himself to make the most of the day’s play. And, there was a slightly amusing scene during the warm up session which made everyone feel that Jadeja was ready try anything to ensure greater success.

The warm up session was just as usual as players engaged in throw downs and catching practice before Jadeja revealed his hidden impersonation talent by bowling using former left arm spinner Dinesh Kartik’s action. It was spot on and took many by surprise.

As of now, no one knows what inspired him to do so. It may a random case of him just relaxing or maybe him and Kartik, who is now a part of the commentator’s panel, may have had a chat together discussing the day’s planning.

Either way, it was wonderful to see Jaddu show his impersonation skills.
