Rahul Dravid a cricketing icon in the country was in the midst of the dark side of the game when he was the captain of the Rajasthan Royals team which was caught in a spot-fixing scandal. He felt that the laws regarding this matter must be made stricter.
Dravid who felt that no matter who was leading the board of IPL that they had to bring in stricter and even criminal laws against people found guilty under the scandal. Rahul Dravid felt that like every other offence, fixing must also have consequences that must happen from the lawmakers like in case of other criminal offences.
