Wrongly Executed Back Flip Leads to the Demise of Body Building Champion 1

In a shocking turn of events, a wrongly timed back-flip led to the untimely and tragic demise of South African bodybuilding Champion Sifiso Lungelo Thabethe last Saturday in his own country.

A video of the occurrence has created a stir and has gone viral on the internet. In the video, we can see the body-builder charging towards his ring and while attempting a back-flip to enthral his fans, he came crashing down to the ground which mangled his neck.

It was a terrible sight for viewers and for those who were present in the stadium. It was the occasion of the bodybuilding championship. As the announcer announces his name, Lungelo can be seen charging towards the ring like a champion and flexing his muscles to acknowledge the crowd. The crowd was cheering him which got him motivated and he went for a back flip. Even before anyone could understand what happened Lungelo fell awkwardly on the ground motionless, breaking his neck in the process.

Though the spectators and officials took some to realise what happened, they rushed to his help when they realised that things were not right. The body building community was taken aback with the news of his death. According to a body building magazine published in South Africa, Lungelo had impressed all the judges and crowd with his incredible muscle size and his maturity way above his age.
