The first weekend of the Pepsi IPL 2015 is here and it is welcomed by a double header. In the first match today we have Chennai Super Kings taking on the Sunrisers Hyderabad, as we look at head to head record between CSK and SRH, and in the second match we have Royal Challengers facing the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders.

Chennai Super Kings began their campaign in the year 2015 with a win over Delhi Daredevils by 1 run but against Sunrisers there is big challenge that awaits the Kings.

*Stats updated till 10 April, 2015
Off the 4 matches that these two teams have clashed with each other, CSK has managed to win 3 whereas SRH have won one match.
In today’s match Sunrisers will bank on the big names that they have bought in the auction whereas Chennai Super Kings will concentrate more on the talent they have within. This match is definitely going to be a good display of pace bowling. One the one side there is SRH with quickies like Steyn, Boult, Ishanth and Bhuvneshwar Kumar on the other there is Indian talent in the form of Mohit Sharma, Ishwar Pandey supported by Dwayne Bravo.
This match will be a display of opening batsmen too s both these teams have one of the most devastating openers in cricket right now.
Players to watch out for:
Brendon McCullum:
His role in the team will be to take on the best pace attack in Indians Premier League. If he can have better of the quickies then CSK hold a good chance to win this match.
David Warner:
Has been in good form, captain of the Sunrisers would be looking to provide a good start to the team along with Shikhar Dhawan. Both these openers can win the match for their team single handedly.
