Arsene Wenger is set to be handed a 80million war chest to build his team which could challenge for title next season. Arsenal have identified their targets and sent their key scouts to monitor Lyon stars Alexandre Lacazette and Nabil Fekir.
Lyon stars have been tipped to make their big money moves in the summer and Arsenal are leading the way to sign these stars. Lacazette and Fekir have been the main reason for Lyon’s push for the title this season.
Lacazette has scored 31 goals and recorded 9 assists while Fekir has scored 15 goals and made 9 assists for his team mates. Stats look highly impressive and worthy to deserve a move to the Premier League giants Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger has been known to sign French players to build his squad over the years thus this move would make continue the transfer policy at the club. Lacazette has been targeted by clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Lyon president has valued Lacazette at £40million, while Fekir will cose the club around £20million at bare minimum.
Arsenal have also been linked with moves for Premier League stars Petr Cech and Morgan Schneiderlin. Duo have announced their decision to leave their respective clubs next season and Arsenal are the front runners to sign them.
