As per the latest reports from Spain, Liverpool have made contact with sacked Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti. The 55-year old got sacked two days ago after going trophyless with Real Madrid this season.
Napoli manager Rafael Benetiz has been heavily linked with the vacant job at Real Madrid. Ancelotti is a proven quality both in England and across Europe as he had led Real Madrid to tenth Champions League trophy last season.
Ancelotti has the experience to manage Liverpool as he had already managed Chelsea during 2009-2011 before moving to PSG. Brendan Rodgers is expected to be sacked at Liverpool this summer as they are looking for a potential replacement for him.
