Ajax young talent Anwar El Ghazi has revealed that he is dreaming over a Real Madrid transfer in the future. The 20-year old has drawn interest from various big clubs clubs including Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich.
The player has been in sensational form in his first season as a senior player as he has scored 10 goals for Ajax in all competitions and Chelsea have been monitoring his status over the last few months.
Chelsea are keen to add the player to their ranks as the future prodigy for the first team but the player has put Real Madrid on alert after his comments.
In his interview to ajax TV, the player said: “I always want to get the best out of myself and do the best. My parents also know that if I play a bad game they should just not talk to me. If that happens I will just go to my room and have a moment for myself. The next day I am approachable once again.
“It’s good that I’m self-critical. I want to keep it that way. It makes me a better player.”
When asked about his dream, the player admitted a move to Real madrid would be a dream come true for him.
“My dream? It’s of course to succeed with Ajax as a decisive, major player. And from there I want to take a good next step. Real Madrid are of course my dream club. I am trying to improve myself every day and then naturally we’ll see if that happens.”
