Following Virat Kohli’s leg pulling of Hardik Pandya during a chat show earlier in the week, it was the turn of the all-rounder to return the favor to Kohli on his birthday. Kohli during the chat show had said that despite not knowing most of the English songs, Hardik has an iPod which is loaded with English songs but Virat revealed that he might not know even 5 words from any songs. Virat also revealed that Pandya speaks a lot and doesn’t have a control on his tongue.

“Hardik Pandya ke paas iPod hai, usme saare English gaane hai. Usko ek gaane ke paach words bhee nahee aate. Usko bas beat chaahiye aur who bas hilta rehtaa hai,”(Pandya has an Ipod which is fully loaded with English. He doesn’t even knows 5 words from any song. All he needs is the beat to which he can shake his legs) Kohli said during the chat with Gaurav Kapoor named Breakfast with the Champions.

“Bacha mera iPod. Aur mere iPod main Punjabi gaane hai. Kabhee kabhee Hindi romantic songs bhee hote hai par baaki Punjabi. Maahol thoda lively rehnaa chaahiye (That leaves my iPod. It only has Punjabi songs. At times, there are Hindi romantic songs but mainly Punjabi. Must keep the atmosphere lively),” added the Indian skipper.

“I have never seen such a lost soul like him (Hardik Pandya) in my life. He says anything. A few days ago he was talking about Ash (R Ashwin). So, in a hurry he says, that Ravikashyap Ashwin bowls so well. He has no control on his tongue. He has a good heart but he speaks anything,” continued Kohli.

Pandya got his revenge when he smeared cake all around Kohli’s face on his birthday. Taking to his twitter handle, Pandya shared a picture with Kohli where he is seen smeared with cake all over his face and body. “Revenge no. 1️⃣ ? Happy birthday, skipper- @imVkohli,” Hardik wrote.
