There is a saying that where there is a will there is a way and the proverb has been proven right by a passionate cricketer whose desire to play cricket has won over all the hurdles that was thrown at him by life. In this cricket-obsessed country where almost every individual dreams of becoming a cricketer, even having just one leg has not stopped one such youngster from playing the game.
The video of an amputee cricketer jumping out of his crease with a bat in his hand and hitting the ball all around the park has gone viral across the social media. The video has grabbed the limelight for all the right reasons as even Amol Rajan, the media editor of BBC News, could not stop himself from sharing the video.
Here’s the video showing the amputee cricketer taking on the bowlers:

Meanwhile, the cricketer was hailed by one and all on Twitter for his larger-than-life passion for playing the game despite being handicapped.
